Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Allowing for futures ETF, while no spot ETF is a subtly that many do not understand, however for those who do, we see the hypocrisy and where privilege is really being extended. You are not supporting the “every investor” rather, you slant the table towards those with the most power.
