Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m a resident of Australia and Australia has helped the USA in every war that you have anticipated in since WW2. So I think it’s high time that GBTC be given permission to be the first spot ETF in the USA. Sincerely, Andrew Davies
