Dear SEC, As an investor in GBTC in, the delayed approval of the spot bitcoin ETF is concerning to me. With GBTC currently trading at a large discount to net asset value, retirement investments of hard working Americans are being hurt. Additionally, many international bitcoin ETFs exist, and US bitcoin futures ETFs were also launched recently. I hope that the SEC will approve the Grayscale application to convert GBTC to spot Bitcoin ETF, Sincerely, Kristian Nikolov
