Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I really don’t know why this can’t be an etf. I just know it’s almost 25% under net asset value and that hurts. Thank you Jeff Byrnes.
