Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I purchased Bitcoin for the first time in 2015, after following it with skepticism for several years. I understood the risk/volatility and invested conservatively. Since 2015, the Bitcoin ecosystem has matured considerably and I support a GBTC ETF. Grayscale has been a great custodian over their digital assets - far better managed than the great majority of "traditional" assets in my portfolio. I urge you to approve the GBTC ETF. Thank you!
