Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe that Bitcoin is a very important component of the financial well-being of the USA, and I would like an easy way to invest my retirement money in Bitcoin. Other countries are ahead of the curve, having already introduced crypto ETFs and even going to far as to accept it as legal tender. It’s time the USA got on board. Sincerely, Linda Lagana
