Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in New Jersey and want to invest in an ETF that is physically backed by Bitcoin. I should not be pigeonholed into only buying a futures based Bitcoin product.
