Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Texas and as a holder of GBTC & Bitcoin I would especially appreciate GBTC converting to a spot ETF. I don't quite understand why a futures ETF was approved but not a spot ETF as well. I hope we join other countries who have approved Bitcoin spot ETFs soon. Sincerely, Brandon Mangold
