Dear SEC, I’m writing to request that the SEC approve the proposed GTBC listing as a spot ETF for Bitcoin. By further delaying this approval, we (USA) risks being left behind in this space. We have already seen other nations (Canada, the European Union, UK) make great steps forward in this space (for example: approving a spot ETF) while we (USA) sit on our thumbs. Allowing GTBC to list a spot ETF will permit a much more accurate reflection of the actual price movements and allow investors who do not want to expose themselves to crypto-exchanges or do not understand how to properly manage their keys, access to this important asset.
