Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a California resident writing in favor of approval of the spot ETF and would like to encourage the SEC to allow the GBTC to convert to a spot ETF. Sincerely, John Dunn
