Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. If you want to protect the investor, please consider making GBTC a spot ETF, at least retail investors won’t have to worry about whether the discount will increase. Sincerely, Robert Pate
