Dear SEC, As an investor in the US I wanted to express my support for the creation of a Bitcoin ETF managed by Grayscale Investments. I invest in Stocks, Bonds, and Crypto using a diversified approach. There are already ETF's for other commodities and there are Future backed Bitcoin ETF's already functioning. Having an experienced investment company like Grayscale be the first to bring a Bitcoin ETF to the markets is reasonable and over due. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Steven Rieco
