Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a small business owner in Orlando, FL. We have self directed 401k plans and we would like to have the option to invest in a BTC ETF as part of a diversified portfolio in our retirement accounts.
