Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is an asset and asset category that millions of people follow. Like other major assets, the convenience and security of being able to purchase an ETF that tracks Bitcoin would be appreciated.
