Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an individual investor living in Virginia. I fail to see why the SEC doesn’t approve the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. It would allow cryptocurrency (bitcoin) to be readily available to more people. Sincerely, Don Rubin
