Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think this would show US leadership in the digital asset space and help us lead the world as we move into a digital future. I find it discouraging to see that other countries have beat us to it and that we have a derivative product for bitcoin but no basic spot ETF. Sincerely, Michael Mowry
