Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I should be able to own BTC in the same manner that I own my other investable assets. They have these ETFs in Canada. Why don’t we???? I am a resident of the State of FL. Sincerely, Nathan Weinman
