Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Given my many years in the investment business, I am a firm believer that ETFs provide the average retail investor with the best (exposure & value) access to an asset class.
