Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The Canadians now enjoy the benefits of this. Why can't Americans like me? I want to diversify my investments. I want an investment that closely tracks the price of Bitcoin but spares me from holding Bitcoin or managing a wallet. I want to own Bitcoin the same way I own other investment assets, i.e. by using an ETF that directly tracks market prices without the distortion of big premiums or discounts to NAV. I trust you will listen to investors like me and allow Grayscale to convert to a Bitcoin ETF. Sincerely, Walter Enos
