Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of the State of Texas and an investor for 20+ years. As an investor nearing retirement age, it is important to me that I have access to the Bitcoin spot market through a regulated vehicle that’s supported by my broker that correlates to the actual value of the asset. Given the extensive research available and the current availability of a futures ETF, there is no longer a sufficient justification to deny a Spot ETF.
