Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I dont understand why you won't let Hard working Americans like myself, invest in Bitcoin with a regular stock market ticker. Instead you make us use shady exchanges and weird phone apps if we want to invest. All the meanwhile everyone else gets rich. You guys really put a beating to us regular investors on this one. These products are already launched in other countries. How did the U.S. end up lagging? We have always been pioneers. Sincerely, Charles E. Haluska.
