Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I'm a resident of the Netherlands but that isn't important as bitcoin is a value for the world. By creating this fund the US would become an important doorway to store and own a piece of this value. With all the uncertainties this is what people want and need. And yes please add strong, open regulation. We don't want scams, we want safety and with Grayscale and the SEC this is possible. Create a a good regulated doorway to BTC and let the people decide as it's time for a change. And if it's important: Yes, in the Netherlands I pay taxes over my (crypto) investments.
