Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It has been far too long that traditional equities investors still do not have access to this type of financial product for Bitcoin. As a resident a new resident of NY, I would like to see the financial capital of the world continue to excel. Sincerely, Matthew P.
