Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. GBTC needs to settle daily at bitcoin spot price. The US needs to maintain it's dominance in finance going forward to help domestic investors retirement accounts and public pension funds. That dominance includes being a leader in crypto currencies. Converting GBTC, the largest existing Bitcoin fund, to a spot ETF will enable the US to lead in crypto currencies. Sincerely, Mark Mayo
