Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Washington, D.C. and have been an owner of GBTC in my 401k for almost five years, yet because it has not been recognized by the SEC I have seen its value decrease vs the underlying assets.
