SEC, I am advocating for the SEC to approve Greyscale's request to turn the Trust into an ETF. It is important for retail investors to be able to have exposure to bitcoin in a safe custodial way through regular investment accounts. The current Trust format and the already approved Bitcoin Futures ETF are imperfect vehicles for getting this exposure. Approving Greyscale's request will provide the best tracking and lowest cost exposure to Bitcoin as an asset class. As we have seen with increasing institutional adoption of BTC on corporate balance sheets, Bitcoin is already a new asset class. Retail investors shouldn't be left out of this market while big players can front run the adoption curve. Thank you, Mark Horner Portland, OR
