Dear SEC, <BR><BR>I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in New Jersey and consider myself a conservative and long term oriented investor. The ability to invest in bitcoin without having to fund another platform such as coinbase with hacking risk and paying high fees is the wholly grail. I currently own a small amount of grayscale Bitcoin trust but it is expensive to own. The etf they propose will more closely track the value of Bitcoin at much less cost and safer to own. I am already an investor and am well aware of the risks. It’s a product whose time has come. It’s worth giving it a try and let’s see how it performs. Peter Deutch
