Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in Idaho and think it’s ridiculous you would approve a futures ETF based on BTC, but not an actual BTC ETF. That denies all logic. How is that protecting investors? It’s unreal and it must end. Please do your jobs and end this asinine display of incompetence and excuses. Sincerely, Nathan Fast
