Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. A Spot based ETF is a critical tool to help people safely invest. Spot based ETFs are available in multiple countries and the USA is at a disadvantage without one. Living in the state of Connecticut and being an investor and miner since 2012, I believe the time has come to take the next step forward for the USA and crypto. Sincerely, Patrick Nadeau
