Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. My name is Frank. I reside in Seattle WA. The Spot Bitcoin ETF is critical to US national security as Russia is prohibited from sending/receiving USD through SWIFT. They will use the bitcoin network as an alternative. Of course, due to the permissionless nature of the bitcoin network, we can't block Russian Banks from using that. The only option for the US is approving the spot bitcoin ETF. Therefore, the Russian will have fewer coins available for them to spend on weapons. Canada already has one.
