Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the US. The SEC' s sluggishness in providing the approval is underming both consumers who are forced to resort to an inferior trust structure and our country's opportunity to lead the world in crypto innovation.
