Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. My parents are recently retired. My Father sees the value of holding Bitcoin and wants to but does not trust holding it on exchanges or his own keys. He would however love to hold it through his financial advisor via an ETF! This charade has gone on long enough. Approve the spot etf!! Sincerely, Ryan Brisch from Denver,Co.
