Hi SEC, I am contacting you to please approve the Grayscale Bitcoin spot ETF. I have GBTC in my retirement account and I don't understand why there is a premium or discount in the current GBTC. If it was linked to the Bitcoin price then it would be completely transparent. Many Thanks, John K. Phelps
