I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States.
I have been an investor in GBTC for over 2 years now. Most of my shares were purchased when it was trading at a premium. It is now trading at a discount, which would likely mostly disappear if allowed to convert to an ETF. Annual management fees would also be substantially lower than the current 2%.
