Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Pennsylvania, and want the SEC to provide a regulated bitcoin spot ETF so that I can confidently invest some of my retirement funds in a approved spot ETF. Sincerely, Jon
