Dear SEC, <BR><BR>I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. <BR><BR>I live in Virginia and I wanted to ask that you strongly consider allowing GBTC to be converted to a spot ETF. It is time. You have already approved futures ETFs, but this only helps institutional investors, not average investors like myself. Canada has done it, why does the SEC want to follow and not lead?
