Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I Live in Kentucky and have held GBTC for over a year. I would like to see the fund changed to a spot etf so that regular investors, like myself, can gain bitcoin exposure, without the substantial discount to the underlying asset. Sincerely, Ryan Hulett
