Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a long term Bitcoin investor and also hold GBTC via IRA(s). I’d prefer to have the GBTC trust converted to a spot BTC ETF. Feels like the market is mature enough and demand is ready for this US product. I will not participate in the futures based ETFs and prefer spot based. Currently resident of Texas.
