Dear SEC, I'm writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the worlds largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin is a legitimate investment and is considered digital property. This is America and we should be free and able to invest our own hard earned money in any fashion we prefer. GBTC is one of my only ways to directly purchase btc through my Roth IRA. I have done my due diligence for over a year and grayscale is my preferred method of investing in the asset. Thank you.
