I’m writing as an individual investor to voice my strong support for approving the diversion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to a spot Bitcoin ETF. Eliminating the discount/premium consequences of the trust, moving from OTC to the NYSE, and reducing the step management fees are critical to protect individual investors. Additionally, the US needs to provide leadership in the digital asset world or risk being left behind as other countries embrace new technologies and investment opportunities.
