Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think the SEC should be clear on its regulation of the crypto space. I think broad based investors should have access to crypto assets in a way that allows the area to grow and make the american economy better. Part of this would be ETFs that allow the population to easily purchase crypto assets. Sincerely, Joshua Riegelhaupt
