Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Pennsylvania and own GBTC for exposure to Bitcoin. It trades at a significant discount to the actual value of Bitcoin and is therefore unpredictable in terms of its movement versus the actual cryptocurrency. Sincerely, Jeffrey D. Miller
