Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. In October 2021, Grayscale announced that NYSE Arca filed Form 19b-4 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to convert its flagship product, Grayscale® Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC), to a Spot Bitcoin ETF.
