Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think it is important investors in the united states have access to cryptocurrency through an ETF. The adoption of Bitcoin has a widespread interest. Many other countries have already approved Bitcoin ETFs. It is critical to allow investors access to these investments via their existing brokerages in order to make these assets more accessible. Further, it will allow investors to track the value of these assets more accurately.
