Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in California and I have a masters degree in Electrical Engineering and work for one of the best manufacturers of microcontroller and FLASH-IP ICs. In no way shape or form is the SEC helping young investors like me and millions others by keeping us from having a spot BTC ETF. By not having a spot ETF a lot of money is going offshore which in the long run will hurt the US economy. I urge you to stop pandering to the big banks and think about the little guy by giving us the freedom to invest in a spot BTC ETF. Sincerely, Krunal Dave
