Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am not opposed to regulation, but Bitcoin and blockchain is likely to be a very big part of the world's financial future and to have a spot ETF makes a lot of sense so it can roughly track the price of Bitcoin in real time. I live in California and there is an awful lot of energy being poured into the blockchain as you well know. Please give serious consideration to Grayscale's proposal for their Bitcoin ETF.
