Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The United States needs to embrace the new technology provided by Bitcoin. A Spot Bitcoin ETF allows investors and institutions the opportunity to take advantage of the store of value that the Bitcoin network provides. We need to ensure we aren't left behind as new financial technology arises. There is no good reason to deny this application. Sincerely, Adam Barlow
