Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Other countries are capitalizing on the spot availability - further, crypto assets are among the mainstream investments for many younger investors. Futures products are more speculative and driving even more concerning speculative behavior among non-sophisticated investors. BTC is no less volatile or under-researched than many of the financial innovation stocks being invested in today. For reference - I am an Arizona resident. Thank you, Charlie Waldburger
