Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Spot Bitcoin ETFs are being granted in other Countries. It is time for a US sanctioned Spot Bitcoin ETF. The US should be a leader in this Investment area. The US public deserves full access to this asset. Paul OBrien
