Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Investors should have a choice in how they gain exposure to crypto assets including bitcoin. I currently reside in the state of Nevada and hope that you will consider their application for conversion to a spot ETF.
